These terms govern your use of the PropX website and your participation in the founding member waitlist. By using this site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in PropX pool service but is not a binding service contract. Founding member pricing and availability are limited and may be subject to confirmation during onboarding. We will reach out to confirm details before any service begins.

Communications

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by PropX by phone, text, and email. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
